What Causes Jaw Pain, Body Tremors, Vomiting And And Cloudy Urine?

I have been unwell for the last 4days, I had very painful jaws severe shivering them I vomited and the pain in my jaw vanished I have cloudy urine with mucus in it and a pain I my back above my waist constant headaches and aching in my limbs I am finding it hard to eat just drinking water

I really appreciate your concern, viral fever could be the reason for this just wait for some time and let run the course of disease and everything would be fine, if still it is the pyrexia then it may need some investigations, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
