Hi.I ve been experiencing very mild burning/itching sensation only at the very end of my urination. Also, the very end of it sometimes varies between slight to moderate pain. Urine culture test was negative. I have been on Cipro 500 for 5 days now and there is no improvement.
Hello dear Understand your concern. I think it is due to the urethritis or stone in urethra/ureter or contact dermatitis. Repeat the urine test after completion of treatment.
Consult the urologist and get the following tests done: Urine: routine, microscopy and culture Abdominal USG Blood: CBC. ESR, Urea, Creatinine Advice is below: Drink plenty of fluids Eat fruits like papaya, orange, pineapple Start regular exercise Do not delay in empty the bladder Wear loose pure cotton under garments Complete your antibiotics course Tablet cetrizine Use liquid base lotion that contain minerals and vitamins Wash vagina with warm salted water Avoid sex till you get better
