What Causes Itchy Throat, Watery Eyes And Cough?
My throat gets this itchy feeling, then my eyes water. Then the coughing starts, it s very uncontrollable. This happens in the worst times also. The only way to help stop it faster is to drink tons of water to prevent me from coughing and stop the itching, or to rub my tongue on the itching area. I do have allergies. Why is this happening?

It seems that you might be having allergic pharyngitis affecting your eyes as well.
Take some anti-allergic medicine like Cetrizine, Montec LC or Benadryl for few days.
Avoid dusty and humid atmosphere.
