What Causes Itchy Spots On Torso/back/arms After Having Hepatitis Booster Vaccine?

I had a Hepatitis booster vaccine almost 3 weeks ago on Nov 8th, I think it was Hepatitis A booster but I am unsure. A week later on 16th Nov, I felt some spots on my stomach and noticed they were red but did not itch. Since then more spots have appeared on my torso and my back every day and are now becoming very itchy but not all have been itchy. I have a few on my arm as of yesterday and i notice a slight rash-like appearance on the inside of my arms. Is this likely to be affected by the vaccine or do you think it would be something different?
