Hi, thank you for trusting Healthcare Magic.
I understand your concern, but keep in mind that itching is just one symptom of various diagnoses, which must be confirmed by physical and direct examination.

There are so many conditions that causes itching. Unfortunately we have not been able to determine the cause of your complaint with limited information.

Complaints of itching on the skin throughout the body can be caused by several factors like:
- External factors: insect bites, contact with allergens, physical factors such as heat, cold, light.
- Internal factors: emotional stress and other psychological factors
- Hormonal / endocrine factors
- Food and medications allergies
- Infection
- Iron deficiency anemia, and
- Family history with atopic dermatitis, asthma or allergies.

What you can do in the meantime is:
- Choose baby soap that contains many moisturizers
- Use a moisturizer on your hands
- Avoid using soap that contains antiseptic because it will make the skin dry
- Keep the area from scratching or friction
- Wear clothes that can cover the arms and legs and wear clothes that absorb sweat. Avoid clothes that trigger itch like wool material.

To confirm the diagnosis of your skin complaints, we recommend you to see a dermatologist to find out the exact cause and get the appropriate therapy.

Get well soon,
