What Causes Itchy Spots On The Body And Foul Body Odor?

I am taking lisinopril for a mild high pressure and protonix for severe gastrisitis. I have developed itchy spots on my body almost hives like. In addition I am emitting a rather foul body odor. Is either condition associated with the medicine that I am taking? Pehaps an alergic reaction?

Hi!! Development of itchy rash on your body can be caused by both lisinopril as well as protonix as an allergic reaction although this is an uncommon sideffect of both. As far as your foul body odor is concerned only protonix causes foul breath odor.
You will have to consult your doctor and get these medicines changed so as to resolve the allergic reaction.Hope I have solved your query.
