I ve had really itchy skin it will be 2 weeks on Friday but last Wednesday I started having a rash appear like little red pinpricks under my skin in different areas of the body and some have changed into actual spots that I ve then scratched that much they have scabby tops on them now , also been getting headaches , fatigue and keep going hot and cold with temp that keepa going up and down all the time , please help I m out of ideas of what it could be but the itching is driving me crazy .
