General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. I understand your concern. Your symptoms could be due to fungus infection. It is better to show dermatologist to rule out that. Doctor will give following advises:

- Apply ointment combination of Miconazole and Flucinolone. You can use saline or warm water for washing.
- Use Hypoallergic soaps like cetaphil. Apply man one man oil formulation.
- Wear pure cotton loose inner and change it after work out.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
