What Causes Itchy, Red Spots On Back, Neck And Stomach?

my daughter woke up with red spots i thought it was eczma but when she had a shower i noticed a few pimple spots since being out of shower its calmed down but shes very itchy and still has the spots on the back of her neck some on belly and back of legs what can it be

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain red spots over the body along with pimple like spots and itching can be due to causes like Contact Dermatitis caused by any detergent, skin cosmetic, perfumes,insect bite, poison ivy etc..

It can also be due to hair follicle infection or Folliculitis, food allergies etc..
I would suggest you to consult an Allergist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like blood tests can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

As of now you can give her anti histamines or anti allergics like benadryl as it will help in relieving the itching..
Do cool compresses over the spots/bumps..
Avoid any chemical skin cosmetics..
