What Causes Itchy Red Rashes Below The Arms?

Hi. I am suffering from an red, itchy rash beneath my arms. Some of it is bumpy. Some of it is smooth and dry. It has been growing worse for months. Now, it bothers me throughout the day and I am unable to sleep because of the itch or burn. Because of the location, the bumps, the redness and the itch, I have been treating it as a fungal infection, with an over the counter cream and tea tree oil but would really like to have some relief fast at this point. Can you advise? Thank you!
