What Causes Itchy Red Rash Under The Foreskin Of Penis?

Hello please I NEED HELP i am freaking out have had a problem for months now i have a foreskin and underneath in the same area come a red rash that itches first it was a lesion alone it would sting so much to shower i got std tested and came back with chlamydia(i took herpes test too but only the IGG) so i took amoxacillin and nothing then i tried both azithromycin and doxiciciline or whatever its called this was a mistaje for now i have one ear kind of deaf with tinnitus :( anyways now i have a group of tiny water filled bumps in the same spot and they itch very badly and red rash seems to be spreading these anti biotics did not work?? whats going on if anyone has any clue please help i am so stressed and havent been happy for a while...

Hello and welcome to HCM,
It is very sad that you developed tinnitus as a result of side effect against doxycyclin.
The new group of tiny water filled bumps could be due to herpes simplex infection.
Presence of a STD makes a person susceptible to develop another STD.
Thus, it is quite possible that you have developed herpes simplex infection after acquiring chlamydia infection.
However, a clinical assessment is required to diagnose the condition and thus start treatment for the infection.
