What Causes Itchy Red Bumps All Over The Body?

I have recently been experiencing bumps all over my body (so far the total number might be around 14 or so) that tend to come in pairs, though there are a few singles as well. So far I have only had one pair actually itch and the rest I have only found just due to their redness and the peculiarity of being in pairs. They are not very big at all and are also not painful. Any thoughts?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of itchy red bumps all over the body which is probably due to viral infection which is lowering down your immunity and making you prone for infection. It could be due to allergic reactions and contact dermatitis. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take combination of antiviral drug along with anti-inflammatory drug. Apply ice pack to reduce itchyness and redness. Avoid hot, spicy and sharp food substances. Take diet rich in multivitamins and vitamin C. Your symptoms will resolve in 4-5 days. If symptoms keeps on persisting visit dermatologist once and get some routine blood investigation and skin patch test done. Take hot milk rich in turmeric as it will boost immunity.
