What Causes Itchy Red Bump On The Vagina?

I have a single red bump on my outer vagina lip, it was itchy at night for two days but has now stopped, I also have a rash and pimples on both cheeks of my bottom, they are not painful. There is no discharge and no burning sensation. My boyfriend and I were STD tested18 months ago and were given the all call.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to yeast infection. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. Wash the area with warm saline and apply anti fungal creams like clotrimazole. This is available as over the counter in brands like monistat.
