What Causes Itchy Rashes On Right Shin?
I m a 41-year-old male with a very itchy rash on my right shin. It s been there for about 4 months. It was thought to be winter skin by my dermatologist several months ago. It s just gotten worse over the last month, and itches so badly I can t help but scratch it. Eczema lotions don t help, and Hydrocortisone 2.5% cream barely makes a difference.
