What Causes Itchy Rash On Arms, Neck And Inner Thighs?

I have a very itchy rash on my arms neck and inner thighs. I do have ezama but i try my normal cream that s works and it didn t help plus the itchy keep me up at night. Went to hospital he gave me a steroid I took for about 10 days and meds for the itchyness. It seems to help some but after done with steroid the itchy and redness is back. Help please and cant get in to a skin doctor till july.
