What Causes Itchy Pimples On The Breasts?

Hi, my daughter is 11 y/o and she told me that her breast is itchy so i looked at it and I saw 2 pimple-like things on both her breasts around her nipple, I just wanted to check early for any signs of breast cancer. I searched online and there were no rashes, dripping or lumping and I wanted to ask if it is normal because it s got me worried.

hi,
thank you for putting up your query on HCM.
mam, as per your history, you daughter has mild form of folliculitis or acne. these pimples are quite normal in teenagers due to hormonal changes. so, dnt worry about it.
my treatment advise would be:
1. if it is painful, then do take a course of oral antibiotics of cephalosporin group and apply topical antibiotics like fusiderm cream.
2. if it is not painful, then you can apply benzoyl peroxide gel(2.5% ) once a day at night for half an hour.
it will take few days to heal.
thank you
