What Causes Itchy Penis And Foul Smelling Penis Discharge After Unprotected Sex?
I had unprotected sex Friday and again Sunday with the same girl. On Monday my penis felt very itchy and it felt better after showering. It felt even better after a second shower. It is now Tuesday and it still feels kinda funny and it feels as if my penis is leaking but I see no evidence that it is. She also had a foul odor.

What problems you have contacted is infection due to unprotected intercourse with your infected partner.
Both of you need to be treated with a course of antibiotics and your partner in addition needs to be treated with anti-fungal medication as well.
It is always advisable to wear condoms so that you wouldn't contact such infections during sexual contact.
