my partner over a year ago began to feel a tightness in his foreskin. initially his penis became inflamed and itchy but he used canesten cream which helped with the inflammation and itch but his foreskin around his penis head remained tight so much so that when having an erection his skin does not shrink back around the head of his penis. if he forces it then it is painful and he has difficulty stretching it back. his penis head also developed small cut like features after sex that also become painful. he is too embarrassed to go to a doctor but our sex life has suffered and he does not even want to have sex stating that he cant even get wet enough. he was diagnosed with diabetes just under two years ago and takes tablets for this can you help please
