What Causes Itchy Cracks Under The Foreskin Of Penis?

very small circle break outs under the foreskin around the dick area, when I shower it's a bit painful to wash that area and I try not to touch it but rinse with water only (no soap), then when it's dried, I can feel itchyness like the break out trying to heal.. but it does not heal..

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to yeast infection and decreased moisturization. In such case if you were my patient then I would suggest ointments containing combination of anti fungal agents like Miconazole , anti bacterial agents like Gentamycin and corticosteroid like Beclamethasone for local application. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the area. You can use saline or warm water. Excess washing is also not encouraged. Using moisturizing creams based on liquid paraffin or applying coconut oil is also good.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
