Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to yeast infection and decreased moisturization. In such case if you were my patient then I would suggest ointments containing combination of anti fungal agents like Miconazole , anti bacterial agents like Gentamycin and corticosteroid like Beclamethasone for local application. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the area. You can use saline or warm water. Excess washing is also not encouraged.
