What Causes Itchy Bumps On The Left Arm?

In the past 3 months i have been scratching my left arm and i have noticed bumps which has left both my arms looking really ugly. I have noticed that when i eat anything with sugar or something sweet i start to feeling itchy and need to scratch. I have tried creams and even benedryll but nothing s working. Idk if it s a allergic reaction or a sign of something else. For me not having any insurance i can t see a doctor and no one else can really pinpoint what it is. It s frustratiing and this itching continues. What could it be? Idk what to do.

you do blood sugar test. as you have not mention the age. to exclude we need some more point. what investigation you have done, please provide the report.
