What Causes Itchy Bumps On The Chest?

I m at work. all of a sudden my neck and the chest started itching, and i feel they are covered with bumps. Those are not red and they form kind of clusters: on the sides of my neck (below ears) and a few spots on my chest. What it could be? Thank you.

I really appreciate your concern, what the spots you have could be due to allergic condition and some time it may be associated with secondary infection and it can be well managed with local antibiotic and steroid and best drug would be Erythromycin cream and Beclomethasone cream, hope this information helps.
