What Causes Itchy Blister, Running Nose And Loss Of Appetite With Stress?
Hi. I have noticed that my period has only just arrived 13 days late. I have also moved to Dubai a very ht country and have been sweating alot and walking in the heat alot. I have been under some very very intense stress for the last week, even having black outs and migraines. I have noticed in the last 4/6 days that my arms and legs are covered in bumps, that are itchy and some blister as well. My nose hasnt stopped running either. I have lost some weight but that has happened over the last 2months. I am also turned off alot of food and have lost my appitie. The bumps seem to come and go when I am highly stressed as I have noticed over the years but I was wondering if all this sudden weird body reactions are directly form stress or something else is going on in my body.
These symptoms may be due to dehydration or stress. First, try to maintain your fluid level and drink as much as fluid as possible. After that, you can start some relaxation exercise that would keep to calm. You can try meditation, yoga, JPMR, or deep breathing exercise. In case, such symptoms persist, then you can consult a physician for proper investigation.
Thanks
