What Causes Itchy And Painful Red Bump On Right Eyebrow?

Hello, I have a question. Exactly a week ago my mom has noticed a red bump on her right eyebrow. It was very itchy and when she touches it, it is very painful. As a few days have passed she noticed that the bump is getting darker and bigger. She has seen a few doctors and they all told her to keep a warm compress on it and apply camomile lotion. Now it has been exactly a week and we notice there is 5 black dots inside the bump. It looks very bad. What can this be? Because when she went to the hospital a few days ago, they told her it was just a pimple.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that there might be having boil on the part and now infection spread around producing multiple boils and induration.
Consult your doctor, he will clean the part with removing pus and give dressing.
He might give one antibiotic medicine course as well for healing and to prevent further spreading of infection.
Ok and take care.
