What Causes Itchy Abscess On The Face And Hair Loss?

I have itchy, spreading abscesses on my face, now moving into my scalp area, with a sap like liquid coming out of them. any temperature change, especially the heat seems to make itching worsen a lot. my hair is breaking off at the scalp where it has spread.

hi, thank you for putting up your query on HCM.
as per your history, you have an abscess on your face spreading too your scalp as well.
I would suggest you to consult a surgeon, as the abscess needs to be drained out as soon as possible.
then, take a course of injectable or oral antibiotics as advised, plus a topical antibiotic cream.
for itching, you may take tab levocetrizine twice daily and pain killer like tab ibuprofen for pain.
thank you
