What Causes Itching Spiky Thing On Belly Side Of Back?

Hi, I'm an 18 year old female, I've developed this symptom of this spiky thing that appears at different places such as my belly side of my back, it's not a pimple, it itches if I touch, it's not painful but I'm just really scared and worried because I have no idea what it is, I also can describe it as a 'needle' like feeling, mostly appearing on my back, it sorts of fades out after a few days...thank you for your response

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

You might be suffering from keratosis pilaris.

It is a condition characterized by rough lesions on skin.

Treatment with keratolytics like salicylic acid may help you.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
