These changes may lead to possible infections which in pregnancy are very often. Almost all women are affected by infections during pregnancy, that s why periodic tests and analysis are done continuously. I suggest you to do a vaginal secretions test, and a complete urine test too. If you have any infection there, contact your gynecologist to treat it with proper antibiotics which do not harm the fetus.
