Hello
I appreciate your concern
Looking at your description this can be caused by infection or allergic reaction in perineum
Here I would like further information to get more clues like
your age and relevant medical history like diabetes or blood pressure
exposure to unprotected sex in recent past
any history of discharge or tenderness?

You should apply antiseptic ointment and maintain good hygiene
Please revert back to me with these details or consult your doctor for physical examination and a course of antibiotics if need be

wish you good health
