What Causes Itching Sensation And Swelling In Vagina?

I have vaginal burning, swelling, and itching! I did the one step yeast infection treatment and it is better but not cleared and I am now wondering if I got something else... STD? this is my first yeast infection if that is what it is. do I do another treatment? should it still be itchy and inflamed?

Swelling and itching in vagina , it is vaginitis. To confirm the cause cervix is sampled for gonococcus and chlamydia trichmonas,and candida. If i have to treat such a patient i will advise vaginal tabs to insereted in vagina before going to bed, vaginal tabs containing miconazole, metronidazole, clindamycin are to be used twice a day.To control the infection tab azithromycin 2gm stat cap doxycycline 100mg twice a day for 15 days,tab fluconazole 150mg weekly for a month tab metronidazole 400mg twice a day for 15 days.Rest treatment may have to be improved after tha reports.
