What Causes Itching Rashes And Swollen Face?
A couple of days ago I started to grow my beard again after many years without one. Because it was coming in greyer than I liked, I tried a Just For Men beard dye, which I'd used in the past. My face got unbearably itchy and I shaved it off. Over 48 hours later, however, and my face is swollen, the skin is weeping, and there's a rash. It's so itchy it's driving me crazy. Any thoughts on how to make this go away?

Hi,
You seem to have developed an allergic skin disease.
You should avoid applying any kind of skin irritants like dettol, spirit over it.
You might need to apply a topical steroid cream over the affected area twice a day for few days.
Take some oral antihistamines along.
See a nearby dermatologist if the condition tends to persist despite this therapy.
You might need a course of oral steroids.
