Hi,
It is likely to be due to vaginitis. Please do not douche or use any strong soap solutions. Do not scratch as the tissues are very vulnerable to bleed, more so in pregnancy due to the increased vascular supply. Please consult your gynecologist for a local examination and a vaginal swab. You may need pessaries to relieve the itch. Oral medications are usually avoided in pregnancy as they can cause gastritis more easily. See if your partner needs treatment and avoid further sexual intercourse until properly healed, and use protection. Hope this helps.
