Hello and welcome to HCM,
Exercising and high temperatures are unlikely to cause pain between testis and anal opening.
Itching between testis and anal opening could be due to parasitic infestation.
Pin worm infestation is the commonest cause of itching and irritation in the perineal region.
Deworming treatment can help in such situation.
Consult your primary care provider for cliinical assessment, investigations and thus treatment.

Thanks and take care
