What Causes Itching Inside The Penis Foreskin?

Hi , from last two months am having itching on innerside of penis foreskin. When pulling back the foreskin to max it seems like shrinkage around the circumference of the fore skin reaching to the skin bridge which connects the head of penis. During eraction and intercourse cracks appear on the foreskin , then it becomes painful to pull the foreskin back

I really appreciate your concern, condition of para phimosis need to be ruled out and this is found then this may need some surgical intervention in my opinion better to see the urologist, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
