What Causes Itching In The Testicles?
hi, m a man from Egypt and i ve a lot of sexuel hardcore contact wz other men.. not usually using a condom, in last 2 months there's itching on my loin part and beside my testicles.. and after finishing there's pain on z top of my penus.. Could it be some type of infection?

Thanks for a frank and elucidate history.
The probable cause of itching on your loin part and scrotum can most probably be due to Scabies as this is the commonest infestation that a Homosexual gets.
The pain on the top of penis is due to urethritis which you are getting due to unprotected sexual activity.Start using the condoms, have protection , a course of an antibiotic and get all STD panel tests done.
