My girl and I use a condom every time we have sex for the last 2 years plus she is on bc but one day we decided to not use a condom. A couple days after we did she found out she had a UTI and my dick has been itching on the tip area ever since we had sex without condom. Is this something I need to be worried about or get seen..

You both are definitely having sexually transmitted infection (STI).
So better to consult gynecologist and get done urinary microscopic examination and clinical examination of genitals.
Avoid moisture and perspiration in private parts.
Keep proper hygiene of private parts.
Wear only cotton undergarments.
You both may need antibiotics on the basis of urine report.
