What Causes Itching In The Back, Arms And Stomach?

My daughter has been itchy for three days. Her legs and her back and stomach and arms have been super itchy. I have given her benadryl. she also developed a fever last night but it has broken. Last night, a part of her bottom lip swelled up. She is flairing up again today. It doesn t look like hives to me. Right now her feet and hands and legs and arms are extremely itchy. her stomach has some red blotchy spots. We were staying in a rental home for a family reunion so we assumed it was an allergic reaction to something in the home. We arrived home today and so we are wondering if it is an illness

General & Family Physician 's  Response
I think it's urticaria vs atopy... since this episode is generalised to many parts of the body and flares are present. one episode of lip swelling is present.. you need not be worry at this point of time.. take few days non sedating drug like levocetrizine for flares up in future and observe clearly the precipitating factors and if triggering factor identified will go for pathergy test for that allergen
