What Causes Itching Between Scrotum And Anus?
Hi, thanks for taking my question... it's a bit sensitive (no pun intended), but the area between my scrotum and my anus has been very itchy for some time now and it has become very sensitive to the touch due to my inability to stop scratching in order to get some sense of relief? Can you tell me what or why this is and how to treat it safely and effectively?

I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely due to fungal infection.The perneal area will accumulate sweat and dirt and will provide bed for recurrent fungal infections.For such cases i treat with ointments of terbinafine or clotrimazole for local application and fluconazole tab weekly once to stop recurrence.Change sweaty clothes at time.Keep the area dry.Hope this may help you.
