What Causes Itching And White Spots Surrounded With Red Color On Legs?
I woke up on Thursday morning with three spots on my leg, red on the outside white inside. I thought i had been bitten by a spider. My throught was really sore and had quite bad pains in my back. The spots went away quite soon. Then the next morning i woke up with a sowllen bottom lip and bottom mouth with about then spots on either legs and one on my arm. They also went away and my swelling went down. This morning i have woken up with no symptoms besides itching through the night, and spots on legs again close to the top on either side. I am concerned, does anyone know what this is?

I can understand the concern for itching and white spots surrounded with red color on legs.
After reading your history it appears that you have urticaria problem which is also known as hives or nettle rash.
It is due to release of histamine form the mast cells in blood due to multiple of the factors coming in contact in day to day life. For the same you can meet a dermatologist who will guide you properly.
I advise you to not pinch or pop the area otherwise these areas are very prone for getting secondary infection. For the treatment you can take antihistamine tablet such as loratadine or cetrizine which are the mainstay of treatment in this condition..
