What Causes Itching And Watery Discharge In Eyelids?
I am an 85 year old female and for the past two weeks I have had intense itching of the eyes/eyelids (near the lashline). I do have seasonal allergies but this is not the usual itching, watery, sneezing symptoms I have with those. This is more intense and if I rub them much before bedtime I awaken in the morning with a sticky substance on the lashes causing me to apply warm water on the eyes to ease opening. Thank you.
