What Causes Itching And Swelling Near Anus?
Iam 20 years old. 66 kg weight. 5 6 height. today is 24 th day after my delivary. i found a small swelling near anus externally and suffer small pain by 4 days. no bleeding iching or anything. is this piles? if it is how can i get complete relief from it? please help

Hi.
As per your case history you are having single boil perianally.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
