What Causes Itching And Swelling In Vaginal Lip?

Okay, so last night I whiped my vagina after peeing but it was kinda itchy too and there was light red blood on the toliet paper but there wasn't a lot... And this morning nothing was there. Although I do have an annal fissure and have been treating it! Also the one of the lip type things on the inside were swollen a little. What could this be? I am sexually active. And I'm 18

Hello, from the history you have given, you may have an underlying infection since there is itching and swelling, mostly vaginal infections present with discharge and associated itching....i would suggest you to consult your gynaecologist. ..you may require a pelvic examination before coming to a conclusion. ..you should also keep your perineum region clean and have lots of fluids......hope i was helpful to you. ....
