hello sir, i had unprotected sex in america and now i have an itchy feeling on my glan penis with redness, and there is a discharge of white substance under my glan penis foreskin.... i dnt knw knw what it is .....i m scared that it is not hiv...plz suggest

Itching and redness on glans penis after unprotected sexual intercourse suggests STDs or fungal infections.
It is transmitted through oral, vaginally and anal sex.
You should consult the dermatologist for diagnosis after proper investigations:
1. Gram stain and culture, swab test
2. PCR and nucleic acid amplification test:swab should be taken from urethra
Meanwhile take following advice:
Azithromycin 1 gram stat
Single dose treatment of tinidazole + clotrimazole is also useful.
Wash penile area with warm salted water twice daily
Use liquid base ointment that contain vitamin and minerals
Apply anti fungal clotrimazole cream that reduce itching
Use safer sex technique and Use condom if no allergy.
Maintain hygiene after sex.

Please get following basic tests done to rule out/confirm acquiring STD or HIV
1) Swab Test and culture of a discharge from penis .
2) Routine urine test and urine culture .
3) Basic screening tests for STD
4) Blood test for HIV to be repeated after 3 months .
In the mean while start taking antibiotic like Erythromycin twice daily with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily .
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily,
Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
