What Causes Itching And Foul Odor In The Testicles?

I always feel my testicles moist and sometimes itchy, but the worst problem is the smell. The smell and moist feeling has been around has been around since I ve been a freshmen in high school and now I m a senior in high school. I thought it would go away but it doesn t. I dry myself thoroughly and put powder to try to stay dry but it doesn t help. It has destroyed my social life. Everybody tries to avoid contact from me, even my teachers. I m not overweight.

This is due to sweating. Sweating predisposes fungal infection. Itching is due to fungal infection.
Advice
1.     Apply antifungal cream containing clotrimazole, steroid and antibiotic such as Lobate GM cream thrice daily for 15 days
2.     Avoid strenuous activity
3.     Keep your groin area clean and dry
4.     Apply ketoconazole dusting powder
5.     Do not scratch
6.     Take high protein diet such as eggs and cheese to boost immunity
7.     Do not take much mental stress as any kind of mental stress also causes excessive sweating
8.     Bath two times daily with good quality soap
9.     For body smell, use over the counter deodorant after taking bath
