i have got a problem that i am facing since my childhood.. i am 25 yr old guy and i hav some fungal like infection in my private area.. the itching is severe during night which causes drying of skin , erruption and discoloration of the affected areas... pls suggest me a ointment to cure this...

Most often it is fungal infection which is the cause for itching and dryness in genital area. You can use Cotrimazole based cream and apply at bedtime. Donn't use it in combination with steroids. Keep the area in good hygiene.
