What Causes Itching And Dark Decoloration At My Scrotum?
I have itch and dark decoloration at my scrotum..Also itch at elbow and knees.Earlier Hydrocortisone cream will give a little releif at scortum at night.Some moisturising body lotions will give releif to elbows and knees.But not getting a permenent recovery.Things are getting worse day by day.Antifungal creams not working.Is this because of dryness?This happens on climate change when I moved from kerala to dubai.Pls suggest for a permanent recovery

Thanks for query .Based on your statement I would say that you have what is called Jack Itch and is mostly related to excessive sweating due to hot climate in Dubai.
You need to use topical anti fungal cream like Meconazole twice daily.
Ensure to observe proper personal hygiene by cleaning your private parts with warm water twice daily.
Wash your inner wares in boiling hot water mixed with antiseptic solution like Dettol.
