What Causes Itching And Burning Of Vulva, Vagina, And Urethra?

what causes vulva, vagina, and urethera itching and burning? It is almost always. I still get my cycles and I am 30 yrs old. I use anti-itch cream around those areas and it usually helps stop the itching. I have tried yeast infection treatments, still get the symptoms. I tried pills to balance your PH that helped, but still symptoms. I do know I do have ovarian cysts. If you have an idea of what this is and how to treat it, it would be greatly appreciated. I also have been checked for STDs tests came back clear.

hi. You have tried all measures.I will advise you to one pap smear done and take treatment both of you, I mean your partner also alongwith you for yeast infection and you are to take antifungal every week for 6 weeks and observe abstinence during treatment. Use antifungal with steroid combination for local application.Take good care of your perineal hygeine and take a de-worming course once. You can take anti histaminic oral for some time to releive itching and break the cycle.
Thanks.
