What Causes Itching And Bumps On Penis Foreskin Of A 3 Year Old?
My son is 3.5 years old. He is suffering from intense itching on the external foreskin of his penis especially the underside. It is reddened swollen and has small red bumps. The itching is intense. I tried vaseline, aveeno lotion and they have not helped. I just put monistat and triamcinolone.

...Is the area remaining wet for a long time. It possibly looks like a rash with secondary infection. You should try to keep the genitals dry with regular changing of the undergarments. Also try to avoid steroid application. Just apply cotrimazole powder and give cetrizine syrup and watch the progress
