General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
Following are the possibility of itchiness in the vagina:
Most common possibility of itchiness due to allergy to soap or liquid use during the shower. (chemical dermatitis)
Other cause are: vaginitis, vaginal infections (yeast infection, trichomonas), urethritis.
I generally provide following medicine and advice after proper investigations like: Vaginal examination, swab test, cell culture, urine report, CBC and STD screening by DNA and NAAT test.
Advice and drugs:
Apply ointment of clotrimazole plus betamethsone
Wash vagina with warm salted water 2-3 times/day
Apply apple cidar vinegar, wear pure cotton loose inner wear, avoid sweats and keep the area clean and dry.
You can also take single dose treatment : azithromycine + tinidazole + clotrimazole.

Red spot on the end of penis may be due to following reason:
If your report is STD positive then it may be possibility transmission.
In absence of STD other causes are: friction injury and fungal infection.
Also do testing of std screening for your partner, CBC
Advice for partner: use liquid base lotion that contain vitamin and alovera, clotrimazole ointment.

Maintain hygiene before and after sex and use condom while doing sex.
Avoid sex till you get better
Hope this may help you
Best regards
