OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Itching in the vaginal region after intercourse is likely due to vaginal infection. I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including vaginal swab examination and treatment accordingly.
Urine examination should be done to detect urinary tract infection and treatment should be given for it.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
