For over 1 and a half years I ve had pain in my right side that comes and goes, have had internal exam and blood tests, Ct on kidneys and they ve found nothing. But recently got this itching, I do sometimes have blood on the tissue when I ve passed stool. And the last week I ve been feeling nausea and like I might faint.

Hi
Itching over anus could be due to intestinal parasites, diarrhoea, candidiasis or anal fissure.

It must be get diagnosed before taking any treatment. For that, you must be checked by surgeon for complete history and thoroughly examination.

You should undergo routine blood counts with ESR, stool examination for routine micro, ova and cyst with proctoscopy etc.

Treatment is mainly depend on the underlying cause but you may require antibiotics (ofloxacin from quinolones group, antiprotozoals like metronidazole or ornidazole) for 7 to 10 days course with antihelminthic, antihistamines and topical steroids.
