What Causes Itchiness In Eyes With A Pink Spot?

About a week ago, my eye started itching. I did the common thing and rubbed it. A few days later it was still itching but almost to the point of stinging and irritation. I went to take a look in the mirror and noticed my left eye on the scalea close to the cornea was spotted pink. I started using Clear eyes itch relief thinking it was just irritated. As i use it though, it does burn slightly but does relief the itch. can you help? Itch is not constant. when it is irritated it feels like there is something inside the outer part of my eyelid

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having itching of the eyes with a pinkish red spot on the sclera.
This indicates allergic inflammation of the eye.
The treatment of the condition is by use of anti-allergic eye drops and non steroidal anti-inflammatory eye drops.
Severe cases which are not responding to this treatment may require use of potent steroids. Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
